Return Policy
At Sikar World, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product is unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- Product is not damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Washed garments
- Customized products
- Clearance sale items
- Products without original tags
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team.
- Provide order details.
- Share product images if required.
- Await return approval.
- Ship the product or arrange pickup if available.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Size issues
- Defective products
- Wrong item delivered
- The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
