Return Policy

At Sikar World, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.


Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Product is not damaged by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Washed garments
  • Customized products
  • Clearance sale items
  • Products without original tags

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Provide order details.
  3. Share product images if required.
  4. Await return approval.
  5. Ship the product or arrange pickup if available.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Wrong item delivered
  • The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Subject to stock availability.


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
